Bahan-Bahan Membuat Onion Chaat Puri

  1. of Ingredients.
  2. 10-15 of Pani puri balls(handmade/readymade).
  3. 5 tbsp of Mint coriander chutneygreen chutney.
  4. 6 tbsp of Tamarind jaggery chutney.
  5. 1 tsp of cumin/jeera powder.
  6. 1/2 tsp of salt.
  7. 100 gm of Sev.
  8. 1/2 of lemon.
  9. 100 gm of Thick sweet Yoghurt.
  10. 1/4 cup of Coarinder leaves.
  11. 1 cup of Boiled potato.
  12. 1 of big Chopped onion.
  13. 2-3 of Green chilli chopped.
  14. of For Spice mixtures.
  15. 1 tbsp of coriander seeds.
  16. 1 tbsp of jeera/cumin seeds.
  17. 7-8 of Kashmiri red chilli.
  18. 1/2 tsp of black salt.
  19. 1/2 tsp of Chat masala.

Onion Chaat Puri instructions

  1. Roast all the spice mixtures and grind it to make a thick spice powder. Now, add potatoes, onions, green chillies, and 1 tsp spice mixture...keep it aside for filling the balls..
  2. For mint coriander chutney, take mint, coriander leaves, green chilies, lemon juice, salt to a mixer jar and grind it to make a fine paste(lumpsy)..
  3. For tamarind jaggery chutney, mix tamarind paste and jaggery in a saucepan...add 1 tbsp spice mixture...cook it at med flame for 5_8 minute...after then transfer it to a serving bowl.Now, take pani puri balls one by one, break it from up and place it on a plate in a round manner..
  4. Fill the potatoes stuffing in all the balls. Using deep spoon, pour yoghurt all over the balls. The green chutney and tamarind chutney one by one Now, sprinkle spice mixture all over acc to your taste..
